Our Little Christmas

With all the Craziness of the last few months it was quite pleasant to find that our Christmas turned out very nice. Our boys had a super morning. This is what they woke up too.

Our sweet beautiful Morning Baby Wyatt and his super soft Puppy dog he got. Thank YOU!

Hyrum is at the age where he really knew what was going on. It made this Christmas really fun. It lasted a long time. We opened each gift, played with it, took them out of boxes, put batteries in... basically drew out Christmas morning as long as we could.

Daddy picked out these Hulk gloves, so now when they play fight, it won't hurt as much :).

Hyrum loves his marble track, it is one of his favorite gifts.

Hyrums New Big Boy Bike. He could not wait to ride it. He loves riding his bike, because he can go faster and it has breaks. He loves that about it too.

Hyrum and daddy with his race car track.

We were able to see a lot of blessings come to us this Christmas. We know our Heavenly Father was mindful of us. It was a wonderful Christmas to enjoy. We were all happy and healthy and glad to be together and here in AZ with family.

Baby Wyatt 5 Months and Not so Baby Hyrum

Our Sweet Baby Wyatt is now 5 Months. I just can not believe how fast it is flying. He is just the gentle baby. His cry is just a whimper and he is always smiling. We love him and can not imagine our life with out him in our family.

And our not so Baby boy Hyrum started Sunbeams! He really loves it. Loves going to sharing time, and singing all the time. He was definitely ready.

Bryce Canyon, Utah

We took a trip up with Jarons family, up to Utah to visit Grandma Speakman the week before Thanksgiving. It was really nice to be with family and visit. We had so much fun I forgot to take pictures. Grandma Jo was dying of cancer, but just hanging on strong like the pioneer she was. It was a special time to be with her and the utah family.

Grandma enjoyed her thanksgiving day with her family, then passed away the following monday night, surrounded by loved ones. So we then went back up for the Funeral the weekend after Thanksgiving. Again we had a really nice time being with family, we forgot to take pictures again. But, we did grab it when we stopped at Bryce Canyon in Utah. Snapped a shot of me and my Hunny!

This is Jarons Family, Grand kids and Marrieds, missing Sarah, Justin, and Braxton.
Hyrum Loving the Snow. First Snow we were able to stop and play in. Utah gave us beautiful weather while we were there both trips. It was cold but not FREEZING.
Hyrum being done with the snow. He was crying because his hands were now Frozen :)

Sweet baby Wyatt all bundled up for the cold. He did so well on the trip.

This was the way home. Sleepily peacefulness. Ahhh. The boys did SUPER SUPER well for a 3 year old and a 3 month old in a car for 12+ hours, twice in one month. I could not ask for better. All in all it was a really neat trip and a great time together.

This is just after we got home we went and saw my parents G&G Rogers, Wyatt is always happy to see his Grandpa. (I loved this pic, and needed to include it in a post... so its a bit random, oh well).

Wyatt 3 Months

Our Sweet boy Wyatt is just growing too fast. I hear it from every one, just love this age, they grow up so fast... and I am witnessing it. I can not still believe my Baby Hyrum is actually 3 years old, and going to Preschool.

I really am trying to enjoy this time I have with Wyatt. He is the best little baby. He started sleeping through the night at 2 months. (knock on wood). He is the best tempered baby. He has been cooing and giggling and giving us little screeches of joy lately. He found his hands about 3 weeks ago and holds them and sucks on his fingers. It is just darling. He is just too fun.
If you are wondering if I kiss his chubby checks off... I Do, I can't get enough of his sweet face.

Craft Corner!

This is a Fall Wreath that i made for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. I was really excited how it turned out. My mom helped me pick out what flowers she wanted, and I went from there. We found The green ribbon on sale and the choice turned out awesome, and the fall colored roses were really fun to work with. It only ended up a $20 wreath.

this was my second project, I made this "family" sign for my friend for her birthday. I made a larger one a homemaking, and tried to duplicate it with what i could find at Michales. This ended up being around a $12-15 project. Way fun to do.

This was my final project... Burp cloths! I originally made 10, then came to realize that i was using a lot and was constantly doing laundry just so i could have fresh Burp cloths. So i made 10 more some for me, other for gifts. I Have a lot of baby's showers and such coming up. They turned out great and are very useful to me, the diffent ribbon helps me remember which ones i have used. :).

Dare to compare?

I love these boys!

My Lil' Hero's

We went with Super Hero theme here. Wyatt did great and Hyrum sure loved going trick-or-treating, and evertime we drive by our church were we had our Trunk-or-treating, he says "Mom, hey thats were we went trick-or-treating." and I always answer him, while laughing..."Thats right, but that is also where we go to church every sunday".

Hyrum and his Muscles.
