just a quick thank you to all of you who continue to stop by to see if We are alive... and Yes we are! Very much. AND!!! too much has happend in this last month. But i want to say we are good, and i will post soon. Love to you all!

A hair cut!

WHO knew a hair cut could turn your two year old baby boy into a little man!!! i was worried about that. I hope his curley hair will come back. He definatly looks like a big brother now though :) !!!

Monsure Crucks!!

That would be how Hyrum says Monster Trucks, he talks about it multiple times a day, and just really loved going, we went last weekend, it was all our first time.... and probably not our last. Jaron really got into it, and loved watching all the parts fall off and the total craziness of all the big trucks. It was ok for me. I was surprized on how slow it seemed. It had its Highlights, but I thought there would be more smashing and crashing and super crazy jumps, thats all... well, it wasn't that bad. So here are the pics of the night.

We actually went to the Pit Party down on the field were you can get up close and personal with the trucks and the drivers. Those Trucks are actually really big up close. And all the Drivers looked like really nice people. Jar was envious of their day job :) .

Well after about an Hour at the Pit Party... we were done, there was nothing more to do, so (being that we went soooooo early for that, we got to sit around for like 2 hours). And they wouldnt even let us up to our seats, so we sat around the bottom in the 100 level seats.

So we walked around and got something to drink and thats when Hyrum started coughing and it turned into gaging and that turned into him throwing up all over himself and Jaron....Nice. We havent even started the show Yet, and Jar and hyrum have to go all night smelling of... ya... So we got to spend a pretty penny on some Wonderful Merchandise of "GraveDigger" Monster Truck Shirts. Hyrum and Daddy got matching shirts. But even through all this, Hyrum did sooo well, the problem only started when we got up into our seats, and we were waiting for the show to start. (keep in mind hyrum didnt get a nap... nor is he napping right now) ...Well we are cheep and because Hyrum was still 2 we didnt actually have to buy him a seat... BAD idea, as he was sitting on our laps, he kept kicking this really pompus lady in front of us, and she wasn't even nice about it, she pulled all kinds of attitude. So Jaron took Hyrum out in the lobby for a while, and while he was out there walking around with him..... this happend....

and he didnt even wake up when the loud fire works went off. He was OUT. we put his Ear Muffs on him so he could sleep a bit better, cuz he needed to get a little nap. He didnt miss much of the big trucks, just the little races and fun derbys they had to prequal the Monster trucks.

Could this be any cuter, the ear muffs squeeze his face, and that is one Genuine Smile!

All in all it was a fun night out with my boys.

Now i have to preface these pics with... My house isn't ready yet, but the pics will do the talking, things are coming along slowly. Once I get pictures on the walls and such, i will post my final pics.... but when is a house ever done :).....! Ok lots of pics here!!!

So then...welcome to our home... This is what you saw when you walked in. A random angled shaped wall with foe Purple accent wall (purple is just not me). The Second pic is the view from the Kitchen. Notice no Ceiling on the additional wall.... interesting.... i know.....

This was a wall that was built to divert Traffic from the back wall of the Front Room, through the kitchen(where a additional doorway was cut out). Once we Knocked it out, it added so much space and openness to the room..... why oh why.... now we get to work on patching the carpet, that was installed around this built wall. (see floor in last picture).

Here we are in the Dining Room/ Family Room (which ever you choose it to be), a Niche was cut into the wall for a TV and such. But he ran into a support beam...and then just went around it.... it was semi finished off, but with crooked lines and.... well...again... just not our thing. So Jar tore it out and that is what you see in pic 2... from the garage into the living room! WE had to frame the wall back in and sheet rock the puppy back up.

Here we are on the bathroom....!!!!!!!!!!! it was a NIGHTMARE! not even livable! So up went the floor, and on went the paint. The black you see around the toilet, is mold under the flooring... Yummy Hu!!! No way, the smell was not pleasant either! Re-did the tub caulking, and molding....

The smell is 87% gone, i get whiffs of it now and again, but that is cuz of my hound dog sense of smell and probably mostly because I'm pregnant! But the Bathroom is getting there.... i still need to put all my fun things in there.... will post it later....

I was just going through all my pics looking for one of the actual outside of the house... Ha ha, i haven't actually taken one yer :). Will post soon!

Love being a MOM!

life is cruising along here. We had Jarons Family over tonight for family night and they painted my front room and a wall in my living room, the house is starting to look more and more like us...! it is very refreshing! i cant thank them enough for their constant help with this crazy house!

next on the agenda is....

Hyrum is working out of his nap times... Not really Psyched about that... but what can you do. but he is going to be a bit earlier now. Bonus! Can this sight be anymore rewarding......

I don't know what it is about sleeping babies or "Toddlers" for that matter, but it is just an ultimate feeling of gratefulness and love all in one. I am blessed everyday to have a wonderful little family. I just really love being a mom.

Hyrum is such a funny little guy. He brings me the camera and says that he wants to see some pictures of Hyrum... so i flip the screen around so he can see himself talking the picture...and this is the face i get...plus many other crazy ones. He is a fun little boy! And defiantly "2".

People always say to me... You must be a Red, or and Orange! I have never really taken the color personality test. All i know is that Jaron tells me he is a Blue. I do know that the reds and blues are on the opposite ends of the color spectrum.... maybe thats why we compliment each other so well :)..... But i hope this is true. I love making people happy.

Who would like a New Post !?!

WELL i sure would. Life has been going too fast. WE have our Internet back up, so i am raring to GO!!!
Ok, so first on the agenda, we moved into a new house (not really new, but new the us :) (i dont know what it is about moving, but we sure seem to love it...please catch the sacasim) ...but this house has been work. I feel like we have been fixing things up since we moved in. Just to make it livable. I will give some before and afters soon... (malissa :).
Ok, so second on the agenda, is that i am still going to be babysitting kids, i put the search on hold due to the move, but now looking once again. Any referrals would be great.
Ok, so third on the agenda, my son Hyrum is defiantly reached the 2 year old mark! I don't know if it is the move and the scatterings in the home, but he is sure pulling way to many mood swings, and tantrums. Sheesh. Does anyone have books, or advice. COME ON!... and its not all the time, but when it hits.... it runs until i put him down for a nap or something. He defiantly is still my favorite son, but i need a little guidance in this area.
Ok, so Fourth on the agenda, is .... not to add anymore craziness to my life, but on Christmas morning we found out we are expecting our Number 2!!! Yeah!, it has been a long time coming, we are ultimately excited but super stressing.
