My Xbox Boys !!!

Hyrum loves to do what ever his daddy is doing! Mowing the lawn, fixing the cars, hanging a shelf... and the Xbox is no exception! of course Hyrums controller is not plugged in, but he sure thinks it is. Do you see the crazy concentration that he has, so he won't wreck. (it was a race car game). And he is totally holding the paddel like he's controlilng it. I can't get enough!

I have finished... & have a new obsession

So i can confidently say that i think the worst is over... at least for my crazy day dreams, and asides. I have finished the book Eclipse and now get to wait......... I wait for 2008, (hey that rhymes) its not that far away for my final book in the series to be published. i have patience. i can do this...... And as i said before, i will bide my time with reading them over again and again.... I dont have very many recommendations (mostly because i dont read much) but this should definitely go on the list !!!

I've lost my Reality...

Well, i feel as if i have lost grip of my own reality. I find that when i am not reading, my mind is always focused on what i had last read. I find throughout the day, while im doing the normal daily routine, cleaning, errands, dishes,.... that i am edgy. Then i realize its because im worried about the people in the book... LIKE THEY ARE REAL.... i have a problem :) but still i am just fascinated with these books and the detail that they have. So to say the least, i am trying to finish this last book Eclipse, as soon as possible - hoping for some form of a resolve to pacify me. Then i believe i will read them all again, i am actually looking forward to that :) im such a nerd, and loving it.

I have to post... I haven't

finished it yet i have about 90 pages left and AHHHHH!!! i have to tell you that i am so in love with these books. I have laughed out loud many times while reading feeling too much aware that i was almost reading about myself, And other times it was just plain funny or ironic. This book has caught me, and i am HOOKED! and i was up till almost 5am last night, because i was at a huge climax and i COULD NOT put it down and leave these characters that i have grown so attached to, alone to their fate. I had to make sure they were going to be ok. I finally got to a safe place. (at least the characters were safe) and could close the book. Then my mind would not shut off! and for another 1/2 hour i sat trying to understand all the twist and hints and clues that were being laid for me as a reader. I am excited to be excited about another book series. (like i was with Harry Potter). i will keep you updated on how i feel book two is....................

The "Twilight" Bandwagon!!!

So I jumped into this book, after much resistance. I was hearing too much about it and was sceptical. But after i started it... i finished the 512 plus pages in 3 days. (512 was nothing after a good 700+ pages for the last Harry Potter Book) but still.... Ya, that was a record. I am the BIGEST, Harry Potter Fan EVER!!! But it took me months to get into that as well back in '99 when they came out. BUT I love Harry, I love Bella, and I am not a Reader. So Pick it up and give it a try. Same goes for the ("trendy") Potter books. Im just starting book TWO, called New Moon, Its red for Im-phas-is. :) I let you know how im doing :) ENJOY!!!
